  • Room rates are for single or double occupancy, $30.00 for each additional person. 
  • Rates are subject to change without notice and to current city occupancy tax (currently at 12%). A two night minimum stay applies only when a Saturday is requested. (Mon.-Fri or Sun. may be considered one-night stays.) The higher rate applies to weekends, (Fri., Sat.) and holidays.
  • Full payment is due at the time reservations are made.
  • We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. 
  • A personal check will be accepted to prepay your reservation and needs to be received within seven days.
  • We regret that we can no longer give refunds. Full room credit will be given and rooms are to be rebooked within the next six months when we are give at least 5 days notice. When charging reservations to rebook, please call at least seven days prior to your reservation date.
