The following schedule is a guide in planning your wedding, Changes such as early arrival and vendor set up must be submitted for approval. This schedule with an 8:00 p.m. ending time has proven to be ample time. We recommend if this schedule simply does not give you sufficient time, you consider adding an hour of overtime to have your event end at 9 PM to allow more time for dancing and visiting. The latest your event can go is 10 PM and 2 hours of overtime will apply. Please make sure that your caterer, photographer, and disc jockey have a copy of this schedule and are familiar with the flow of the day.
Earlier arrival (ANYTHING BEFORE 2PM) for the Bride and the Groom is considered overtime hours and will be deducted from your security deposit.
1:30 Mill Rose Inn staff set up and Caterers, Cake, Liquor and Flowers arrive
2:00 Bride and Groom arrive to get ready
2:30-3:00 Photographer and Musicians arrive and set-up
3:00-3:45 Pictures of Bride and Groom before Ceremony (separate and/or together)
3:30 Guests Arrival: please have Guests arriving no earlier than 3:30 so we can set up
4:00-4:30 Ceremony begins and ends
4:30-4:45 Caterer sets up tables and chairs for meal in Rear Garden
4:30-5:15 Formal pictures of Family and Wedding Party in front garden
4:30-5:15 Champagne and appetizers are served to guests in the front garden
4:45-5:00 Toast by Best Man in front garden while refreshments are served
5:10 Caterers invite guests to wedding feast
5:30-6:30 The wedding buffet or meal is served
7:00 First dance as Mr. and Mrs., Bridal Party and Parent dance
7:15 Cake is cut and served
7:30 Bouquet and Garter Toss
8:00-8:30 Romantic sunset pictures at the beach
8:00-9:30 Continued dancing
9:45 Music ends, Guests thanked
10:00 Reception ends, guests depart and caterers clean-up
