2008 Wedding Service Mill Rose Inn Provides:
- Site: One Wedding & Reception per day
that includes entire Inn, all guest rooms,both gardens and set up & clean up.
- Separate Rehearsal Date
- On site Dance Area
- Music System: Exterior & interior music system
is provided for playing tapes as an alternative to a DJ or band.
- Amplified Music: Is allowed and piano is
available for use.
- Flowers: Beautiful gardens and flowers are
meticulously created to bring year round color to showcase the inn indoors and outside.
- Chairs, Tables & Market Umbrellas: Are
provided.
- Guest Rooms: Entire Inn, 6 guest rooms for
your guests on Wedding Day and night. A full champagne breakfast is served to each room the
following morning.
- Two Night Minimum: For the weekend is
waved for the bride & groom and their wedding guests.
- Outdoor Heaters: 5 are provided.
- Wedding Coordinator & Consultant: Will help
plan your event from start to finish.
- Parking: Ample street parking for up to 150
guests.
- Price: Our current 2008 wedding 8-hour package rates range start at $6,800 based on the number of guests. 4-hour packages (M-Th) start at $4,000. Rates are subject to change.
- Vendors: We provide the most outstanding
vendors to choose from, or use your own.
- Beverages: Client may provide own alcohol and
all other beverages.
- Complimentary corkage and cake cutting.
- Children: Playroom is provided with TV and
DVDs.
Additional costs not included in the above prices:
Catering,( food, linens, glassware, tableware coffee, service labor and bartending) Cake, Beverages, Photography, Officiant/Minister, Personal Flowers, Table centerpieces, DJ, Musicians Tents etc.
Suggested Day Schedule:
The following schedule is a guide in planning your wedding, and is somewhat flexible by a half an hour in either direction. Changes such as early arrival and vendor set up must be submitted for approval by Eve. This schedule with a 6:00 p.m. ending time has proven to be ample for groups of 75 and under. We recommend that if your guest list exceeds 75, or if this schedule simply does not give you sufficient time, you consider adding an hour of overtime to have your event end at 7 PM to allow more time for dancing and visiting. The latest your event can go is 8:00 PM and 2 hours of overtime will apply. Please make sure that your caterer, photographer, and disc jockey have a copy of this schedule and are familiar with the flow of the day.

12:30 Bride and Groom arrive to get ready
12:30-1:00 Photographer and Musicians arrive and set-up
1:00 - 1:45 Pictures of Bride and Groom before Ceremony (separate and/or together)
1:30 Guests Arrive: please no Guests arriving earlier than 1:30 so we can set up
2:00-2:30 Ceremony begins and ends
2:30 - 2:45 Caterer sets up tables and chairs for meal in Rear Garden
2:30 - 3:15 Formal pictures of Family and Wedding Party in front garden
2:30 - 3:15 Champagne and appetizers are served to guests in the front garden
3:00 Toast by Best Man in front garden while refreshments are served
3:15 Caterers invite guests to wedding feast
3:30 - 4:30 the wedding buffet or meal is served
4:30 first dance as Mr. and Mrs., Bridal Party and Parent dance
5:00 Cake is cut and served
5:15 Bouquet and Garter Toss
5:30-6:00 Romantic sunset pictures at the beach
6:00-7:30 Reception continues dancing and visiting with guests
7:45 Music ends, Guests thanked
8:00 Reception ends and guests depart and caterers clean-up

Earlier arrival (ANYTHING BEFORE 2PM) for the Bride and the Groom is considered overtime hours and will be deducted from your security deposit.
